Part-Time Merchandiser

A renowned retail company in La-Condamine is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in an attractive manner to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned stores on a regular basis to replenish stock, set up displays, and ensure product availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the store manager to ensure timely restocking.
- Implement promotional displays and campaigns as per company guidelines.
- Conduct regular market surveys to gather feedback on product performance, pricing, and competition.
- Recommend strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience based on market insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new merchandising opportunities.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary: $1500 per month (based on experience)

Working Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Location: La-Condamine (candidate must be a resident of La-Condamine or willing to commute)
