Merchandiser - Retail Clothing



As a Merchandiser for our retail clothing store in La Condamine, you will be responsible for curating and managing the visual presentation and inventory of our products. Your goal will be to create an attractive shopping environment that entices customers and maximizes sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing product displays and arrange merchandise to highlight key features and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for reorders based on sales trends
- Collaborate with buyers to select new products that align with current fashion trends and meet customer demands
- Manage product pricing, markdowns, and promotions to optimize sales
- Conduct competitive market analysis to stay informed on industry trends and pricing strategies of competitors
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques to maintain consistent standards across all locations
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store events and promotional campaigns
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail merchandising role, preferably in clothing or fashion industry
- Strong eye for design and understanding of current fashion trends
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of driving sales through effective visual merchandising strategies
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or extended hours as needed
- Must have own valid visa status for working in La Condamine

Salary: $1400 per month
