We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in La-Condamine. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competition to identify areas for improvement
- Mentor, train, and motivate sales team members to ensure high performance and goal achievement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
