We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction
- Manage and motivate sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our company
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team, set goals, and motivate others towards success
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

This is a contract job located in La-Condamine, Monaco. Accommodation will not be provided.
