We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Negotiate contracts and prices with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities
- Train and mentor junior sales staff
- Prepare sales reports for management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the local market preferred but not required
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
