Entry Level Sales Manager
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Manager in La-Condamine. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through networking and cold calling
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Present and promote our products/services to potential clients
- Meet sales targets and report on sales performance regularly
- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure that agreements are met
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth coordination of activities
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales or customer service role is a plus but not required (freshers are welcome)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Must be fluent in English (French or Italian language skills are a plus)
Salary:
As an entry level position, the salary for this role is 1600$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the selected candidate.
Location:
This job is based in La-Condamine, but occasional travel within the country may be required.
