Carpenter



We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. You will work with a variety of hand and power tools to complete projects according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges
- Cut materials using saws, chisels, and other hand or power tools
- Assemble and fasten materials to make structures or fixtures
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim according to specifications
- Inspect and repair damaged structures or fixtures
- Collaborate with other professionals such as architects and contractors to plan projects
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of construction methods and building codes
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and equipment
- Attention to detail with excellent measuring skills
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
