Dishwasher



As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant's kitchen. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment
- Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Clean cooking equipment such as grills, stoves, and ovens
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Empty trash bins regularly
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
