Tutor for Language Learning Program in La-Condamine, Monaco

Our language learning program in La-Condamine, Monaco is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to join our team. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one instruction to students of varying ages and levels in the target language. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, as well as free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals
- Conduct engaging and interactive lessons that incorporate speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
- Create and administer assessments to track student proficiency
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress
- Collaborate with other tutors to develop curriculum materials
- Stay up-to-date on current teaching methods and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Native proficiency in target language (French preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching language classes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of different students
- Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about language learning

Preferred:
- Teaching certification or TESOL/TEFL certification
- Experience working with students of varying ages and levels
- Knowledge of second language acquisition theories
