We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As a Barber at our salon, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to our clients while maintaining a clean and professional work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming services for clients
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide recommendations based on their hair type and face shape
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in men's grooming and incorporate them into your work
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized after each use
- Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend products for at-home maintenance
- Handle client bookings, payments, and scheduling efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of different hair types, face shapes, and grooming techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail in order to achieve precise cuts and styles
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills
