The Bakery in La-Condamine, Monaco is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team on a contract basis. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and wants to work in a bustling and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Ensure quality and consistency of products
- Follow food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in work area
- Order and maintain inventory of baking ingredients
- Train new staff on baking techniques and recipes
- Communicate with customers to fulfill special orders or requests
- Collaborate with team members to develop new products or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certification preferred but not required
- Previous experience working in a bakery or pastry shop preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this contract position. Accommodation will also be provided.
