Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other repairs
- Inspect buildings and equipment for any damages or malfunctions
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for repairs
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during maintenance tasks
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance work
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Technician
- Knowledge of general repair techniques in areas such as plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Valid driving license is preferred
