Loader Operator


As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials at our worksite in La-Condamine. You will be expected to follow safety protocols and maintain the equipment in proper working condition. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided, so we prefer candidates who already have their own visa and living arrangements in place.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader and other heavy machinery to load, unload, and move materials as required
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Regularly inspect materials for quality control purposes
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operations
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during loading or unloading processes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Loader Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of operating heavy machinery, specifically loaders
- Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination
- Valid work permit or visa for employment in La-Condamine
