Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager in La-Condamine, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and revenue by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and negotiating partnerships. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships to secure business deals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game
- Analyze data and utilize it to make informed decisions about pricing, promotions, and packages
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems such as PMS or CRS is a plus
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)

This position does not include accommodation, so candidates must already have their own housing arrangements.
