Concierge Assistant
Location: La Condamine, Monaco



As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at our luxury hotel in La Condamine, Monaco. You will assist the concierge team in ensuring that all guest requests and needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry and has a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist them with their inquiries and requests
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters, and other venues
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services and amenities to effectively assist guests
- Assist with luggage handling as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Complete any other tasks assigned by the concierge team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification or degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
