Hotel Sales Manager

A luxury hotel in La Condamine is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through effective marketing strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify target markets and develop marketing plans to attract new business
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business
- Train and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor analysis
- Biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month, as well as benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. This is a full-time position with a preference for candidates who are already based in La Condamine.
