As a Concierge Assistant at our luxury hotel in La-Condamine, Monaco, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will assist the Concierge team in fulfilling guest requests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation for guests including airport transfers, car rentals, and tours
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's services, facilities, and surrounding area
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests such as room service or housekeeping needs
- Keep updated records of guest preferences to personalize their experience during future stays

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a customer service role (hotel experience is a plus)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month with accommodation provided.
