Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in La-Condamine. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the hotel's goals and objectives. Your main focus will be on securing new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential sources of business
- Create customized proposals and presentations to pitch the hotel's services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to secure profitable business for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent service delivery for clients
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel's services
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on progress towards goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong networking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software is an asset
