Concierge at Luxury Hotel in La Condamine

As a Concierge at our luxury hotel in La Condamine, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. You will serve as the main point of contact for all guest inquiries and requests, and will be responsible for making reservations, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions and activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Handle all guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Make reservations for restaurants, shows, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests
- Provide recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and events based on guest preferences
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure prompt resolution of guest issues or concerns
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and policies
- Assist with organizing special events or arrangements for VIP guests

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local area attractions and amenities is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month along with accommodation. This is a full-time position that may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the hotel.
