Concierge Assistant in La Condamine, Monaco

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in La Condamine, Monaco. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, assisting with their needs and requests throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and handle any inquiries or issues
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation and reservations for guests
- Handle room service orders and deliveries
- Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping and maintenance services
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism-related degree is a plus
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not required (training will be provided)
- Knowledge of local attractions and services is an advantage
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
