IT Manager



We're hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology and computer systems. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently, and that any issues are resolved in a timely manner. As the IT Manager, you will also be responsible for managing our network security, maintaining hardware and software, and implementing new technologies as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

As an IT Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing IT operations and ensuring all systems are running smoothly
- Managing network security and implementing protocols to protect company data
- Evaluating current hardware and software systems and making recommendations for upgrades or replacements
- Developing plans for disaster recovery in case of system failures
- Providing technical support to staff members as needed
- Working closely with other departments to identify their technology needs
- Staying up-to-date on new technologies in the industry and making recommendations for their implementation
- Managing a team of IT professionals and providing guidance and training as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong understanding of network security protocols and best practices
- Experience managing technical teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven problem-solving skills
