Network and Systems Administrator
Location: Fonvieille, Monaco


We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our company's network infrastructure and computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure network security by implementing appropriate protocols and conducting regular security audits
- Manage user accounts and permissions on the network
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems including servers, workstations, laptops, and printers
- Perform regular backups of data to prevent data loss
- Provide technical support to employees regarding network or system issues
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to the existing network infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, routing/switching configuration
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with backup software such as Veeam or Acronis
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems independently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
