Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist in Fonvieille


We are seeking a motivated and skilled computer support specialist to join our team in Fonvieille. As an entry-level specialist, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients with computer hardware, software, and network issues. This role does not require previous experience but a passion for technology and willingness to learn is necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients via phone, email or in-person
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex problems
- Provide timely updates to clients on the status of their technical support requests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or degrees preferred
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude

Salary: $1700 per month
Location: Fonvieille (own visa required)
