IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Fonvieille. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our company's computer systems and networks. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users for all hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot network problems and resolve connectivity issues
- Install and configure new computer equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, etc.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates and backups
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects or technical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities

Salary:
1500$ per month
