IT Support Specialist



We are seeking a talented and driven IT Support Specialist to join our team in Fonvieille! As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients with computer systems, hardware, and software. Your main goal will be to ensure that all systems are functioning properly and that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems
- Keep accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall system performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical individuals

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.

Location:
Our office is located in Fonvieille. While we prefer candidates who are already based in Fonvieille, we are open to considering remote candidates who are willing to relocate.
