Job Title: Java Developer

We are a leading software development company based in Fonvieille and we are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using Java programming language. You will work closely with our team of developers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing software solutions using Java
- Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code
- Troubleshooting and debugging software issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality
- Keeping up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Java development community
- Assisting in the recruitment process by evaluating potential candidates' technical skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Java Developer
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, and SQL databases
- Experience with web services (REST/SOAP)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Biometric passport is required for this position
