JAVA Developer for Biometric Passport System in Fonvieille

We are hiring a skilled JAVA Developer to join our team in Fonvieille and work on the development of a biometric passport system. As a JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing software solutions for the passport system. You will work closely with a team of developers and collaborate with other departments to deliver high-quality and efficient software.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex software applications using JAVA programming language
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure successful implementation of software solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Work with the testing team to ensure high-quality and bug-free code
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them to improve existing systems
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a JAVA Developer
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, Spring MVC framework, Hibernate, and SQL databases
- Experience with biometric technology is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of web services (RESTful or SOAP) is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: This position is located in Fonvieille but remote work options may be available for exceptional candidates.
