Teamlead for Women's Accommodation in Fonvieille


Our organization is in search of a dynamic and experienced Teamlead to manage our women's accommodation facility located in the beautiful city of Fonvieille. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility and ensuring that a high standard of living is maintained for our female residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff members to ensure smooth functioning of the accommodation facility.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and security standards within the facility.
- Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Oversee resident relations and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Create schedules for staff members to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Handle budgeting, inventory management, and purchasing for the facility.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in managing an accommodation facility or similar role is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Knowledge of local regulations related to accommodation facilities is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1800 per month, commensurate with experience.
