Teamlead



As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees in Fonvieille. You will be required to have previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives
- Communicate expectations, provide training and coaching, and conduct performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient workflow and successful completion of projects
- Monitor and report on team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Create work schedules, assign tasks, and delegate responsibilities to team members
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve team performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This position is open to all qualified candidates regardless of gender. However, preference will be given to those who already possess their own valid visa for working in Fonvieille.
