Contract Project Manager

We are in search of a dynamic and highly motivated Contract Project Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Contract Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful completion
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders on a regular basis
- Manage project resources and ensure efficient utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliverables
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress and address any issues or concerns
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and workflows
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Prepare reports for upper management on project performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
- PMP certification is an asset
