We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Fonvieille. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and assistance to our clients through various online platforms. This position offers a salary of 1000$ per month with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to clients' inquiries and requests through email, chat, or phone
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients
- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues they may encounter
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards all clients
- Continuously improve knowledge about our products and services to provide the best possible support

Requirements:
- Proven working experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using various online communication tools, such as email, chat, and social media platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
