Online Consultant
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online platforms such as chat, email, and phone. You will assist with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product recommendations based on individual needs. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of our products and services, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through various online channels
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients
- Identify potential sales opportunities and make product recommendations
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions with clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in using technology and various online communication tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
