Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and guidance to clients through various online platforms. Your role will involve understanding clients' needs and concerns, providing them with relevant information and resources, and offering solutions or recommendations to help them achieve their goals. You will be expected to use your excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, or video conferencing
- Understand clients' needs and concerns and provide relevant information and resources
- Offer solutions or recommendations to help clients achieve their goals
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as email, chat, or video conferencing
- Proficient in using technology for virtual interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Fonvieille (remote work)

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. No prior experience required.
