Online Consultant - Fonvieille, France
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. Your main goal will be to assist clients with their inquiries, provide information about products or services, and resolve any issues they may have. This is a full-time position that requires experience in customer service and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and providing accurate information about products or services
- Assisting clients with their purchases or orders through online platforms
- Resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards clients at all times
- Building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer service processes
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with online platforms such as social media, chat support, email support, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to legally work in France (EU citizenship or valid work permit)
- Fluent in French (both spoken and written)
Salary: $1300 per month
