Job Title: Roofer


A reputable construction company in Fonvieille is seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofs for both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and techniques, as well as the ability to work at heights. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install new roofs on residential and commercial properties according to building codes and safety regulations
- Conduct roof repairs including replacing damaged shingles, tiles or other materials
- Perform routine maintenance on existing roofs to ensure longevity
- Inspect roofs for any damage or potential issues
- Use various tools such as ladders, scaffolding, hammers, saws etc. to complete roofing tasks
- Work at heights while adhering to all safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer with the ability to work independently
- Strong knowledge of different roofing materials and installation techniques
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to work at heights comfortably
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills in English (French is an asset)
