Job Title: Tiler/Tile Setter


We are seeking a skilled Tiler/Tile Setter to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Tiler/Tile Setter, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of tile in residential and commercial settings. This is a contract job with accommodation provided, and we welcome candidates of all nationalities who have their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled and plan the layout of tiles
- Cut, shape, and lay tiles using various tools such as tile cutters, saws, and grouting tools
- Mix and apply adhesives, sealants, or grout to secure tiles in place
- Install underlayment or waterproofing materials as needed
- Repair or replace damaged or broken tiles
- Ensure that tile patterns are properly aligned and evenly spaced
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used for tiling
- Communicate with clients to understand their tiling needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler/Tile Setter or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of tile materials, patterns, and installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints or design plans
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity for working with tools and carrying heavy materials
- Attention to detail for precise measuring, cutting, and placement of tiles
- Strong customer service skills for working with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Own visa for working in Fonvieille (or ability to obtain one)

Salary:
$1400 per month
