Industrial Alpinist


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Fonvieille. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at great heights, using specialized equipment and techniques. Your main duties will include cleaning, maintenance, and repair of industrial structures such as buildings, bridges, and towers. You may also be required to perform rescue operations in emergency situations.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism
- Valid certification in industrial rope access techniques (IRATA or SPRAT)
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for working at height
- Familiarity with specialized equipment such as harnesses, ropes, carabiners, and descenders
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team
- Fluent in English (French proficiency is an advantage)

Responsibilities:
- Conducting visual inspections of industrial structures and identifying potential hazards or areas in need of maintenance or repair
- Performing cleaning tasks such as pressure washing or sandblasting on buildings, bridges, or other structures
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as painting or replacing damaged components on structures
- Repairing structural damage using specialized equipment
- Installing safety systems such as guardrails or netting on building exteriors
- Assisting with emergency rescue operations if necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and reporting any issues or concerns to the supervisor

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Fonvieille

*Preference for candidates with valid residence/working visa for Fonvieille.
