Elevator Installer



As an Elevator Installer at our company in Fonvieille, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining elevators in various buildings and structures. Your primary duty will be to ensure that elevators are safely and efficiently installed, following all necessary safety regulations and guidelines. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing any issues that may arise with elevators.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new elevators in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and safety standards
- Read blueprints and diagrams to determine the layout of elevator systems
- Assemble and install the elevator car, platform, rails, counterweights, doors, and other components
- Test the completed installation for functionality and safety
- Perform preventative maintenance on existing elevators to ensure proper functioning
- Repair or replace any malfunctioning parts or components as needed
- Keep accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance performed

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training in elevator installation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience installing or repairing elevators
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical components related to elevators
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects regularly
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
