Metal Worker



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Worker to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for using specialized tools and equipment to fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and products. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, stamina, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on metal sheets or bars using rulers, gauges, and other measuring tools
- Cut, shape, bend, and manipulate metal materials using various hand tools and machines such as shears, presses, grinders, and drills
- Weld or solder pieces together to create metal structures or repair damaged parts
- Smooth and polish surfaces of finished products using hand tools or power equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality control to ensure they meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety protocols

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in using various hand tools such as hammers, wrenches, chisels etc.
- Skilled in operating machinery including shears, presses, grinders etc.
- Knowledge of welding techniques (MIG/TIG) is preferred
- Physical strength and stamina to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: 1400$
Location: Fonvieille (with accommodation)
