We are in search of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment on construction sites. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and perform tasks on construction sites
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while operating equipment
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met
- Keep accurate records of materials used, work performed, and any incidents that may occur
- Troubleshoot any equipment issues that may arise during operation

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in the construction industry
- Knowledge of various types of heavy equipment and their functions
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred:
- Experience operating heavy equipment on large-scale projects
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation
- Familiarity with GPS technology for precision operation
