Junior Architectural Technologist
City: Fonvieille, Monaco


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects, gaining practical experience and developing your skills in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of detailed architectural drawings using CAD software
- Conduct research and gather information to support design decisions
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop project proposals and presentations
- Attend site visits and assist with on-site measurements and assessments
- Assist with project documentation, including reports, specifications, and contracts
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology (or currently enrolled)
- Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Salary:
$1700 per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience).
