We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for supporting the senior team members in the design and construction process. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates without experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design solutions
- Conduct site visits and assist in measuring existing structures
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials for project compliance
- Support senior team members in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building construction methods and materials
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations (Monaco preferred)
- Biometric passport (for non-Monaco nationals)
