Architectural Technologist



The architectural technologist will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and construction of buildings and structures. They will work closely with architects and engineers to create detailed plans and drawings, as well as oversee the implementation of those plans during construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams. The salary for this position is $1300 per month, without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Fonvieille.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building plans and designs
- Create detailed drawings using CAD software
- Review and adhere to building codes and regulations
- Assist in the selection of materials and finishes for projects
- Oversee the implementation of plans during construction
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with plans
- Communicate effectively with different teams involved in projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an architectural technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Must have own visa to work in Fonvieille
