Junior Architectural Technologist


As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for providing support to the design and planning process of various architectural projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with minimal experience to gain hands-on experience in the field of architecture. You will work closely with senior architects and designers on a variety of tasks, including drafting, site visits, and project management. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Accommodation and visa sponsorship are available for international candidates. Salary: $1800/month
Location: Fonvieille, France

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural plans and designs under the guidance of senior architects
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits and assist with site analysis
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Attend project meetings and take accurate meeting minutes
- Assist with project management tasks such as budget monitoring and progress tracking

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail is critical for accuracy in drawings and designs
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes is an asset
