Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Fonvieille. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and designing technical drawings and plans for construction projects, as well as assisting with project management and coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project design is accurate and meets all requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and make adjustments to plans as needed
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and materials selection
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proven experience working on construction projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. We offer free visa sponsorship and ticket assistance for international candidates.
