Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Fonvieille. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of various construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of architectural drawings and plans
- Conducting site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with design plans
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Utilizing CAD software to create detailed designs and models
- Researching building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in design plans
- Preparing cost estimates for materials and labor needed for projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working as an Architectural Technologist, but we are open to considering candidates without prior experience. We also provide accommodation for our employees if needed.
