Preservation Architect

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in the city of Fonvieille. Your main duties will include conducting site surveys, preparing preservation plans, overseeing restoration projects, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. You will also collaborate with other architects, engineers, and construction workers to ensure the successful completion of preservation projects.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in historic preservation. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is essential. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills are also required. The ability to work independently as well as in a team is crucial.
