Preservation Architect


Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings, structures, and sites while maintaining their cultural and historical significance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historical structures to determine necessary preservation and restoration work
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop preservation plans and strategies
- Conducting research on the history, materials, and construction techniques of historical buildings
- Creating detailed drawings and plans for restoration projects
- Supervising construction work to ensure adherence to preservation guidelines
- Inspecting completed restoration projects for quality assurance
- Maintaining accurate records of all preservation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Preservation Architect
- Strong understanding of architectural history, materials, and construction techniques
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to historical structures
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.
