Architectural Designer



We are seeking an experienced and talented Architectural Designer to join our team in the beautiful city of Fonvieille. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and functional architectural plans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information
- Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software
- Develop 3D models and renderings for presentation purposes
- Prepare cost estimates and material specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.
