Senior Commercial Architect

As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Fonvieille. With your extensive experience in commercial architecture and strong technical skills, you will lead a team of architects and engineers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Your main duties will include developing project plans, creating design concepts, reviewing building codes and regulations, collaborating with clients and contractors, and managing project timelines. You will also be responsible for conducting site visits to ensure construction progress aligns with design plans.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. You should possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with various stakeholders. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software is essential. Excellent communication skills are also necessary to present design concepts to clients and communicate project updates to team members.
